Joe Armstrong
Joe Armstrong is the principle inventor of the Erlang programming
Language and coined the term "Concurrency Oriented Programming". He
works for Ericsson where he developed Erlang and was chief
architect of the Erlang/OTP system.
Joe has a PhD in computer science from the Royal Institute of
Technology in Stockholm (KTH), Sweden and is an expert in the
construction of fault tolerant systems.

Gilad Bracha
Gilad Bracha is a Distinguished Engineer at Cadence Design Systems. Previously, he was a Computational Theologist and Distinguished Engineer at Sun Microsystems. He is co-author of the Java Language Specification, and a researcher in the area of object-oriented programming languages. Prior to joining Sun, he worked on Strongtalk, the Animorphic Smalltalk System.

Krzysztof Diks

Jakub Dziwisz
Jakub Dziwisz works at Sabre as Agile Engineering Mentor since November 2006 r. He occasionally runs workshops about light project management methodologies. He spends most of his time solving real-life problems (difficult client, complicated code) which make it hard to apply Agile practices. He has graduated Computer Science on AGH University of Technology.

Maciej Fijałkowski
Maciej Fijalkowski is a core developer of PyPy -
a Python Interpreter and Compiler and of py.test,
a popular testing tool. He has successfully completed a Summer of Code project and was contracted by merlinux (germany) for several tasks in the PyPy EU research project. He gave talks at international European and US Python community conferences.

Michael Foord
Michael has been developing with Python for five years. He is
currently a senior developer with Resolver Systems in the UK, developing
a "Programmable Spreadsheet" called Resolver, written in IronPython. He has been involved in several Open Source projects, written
many articles on Python and IronPython, and is still writing a book
for Manning Publications called "IronPython in Action".

Chad Fowler
Chad Fowler has been a software developer and manager for some of the world's largest corporations. He recently lived and worked in India, setting up and leading an offshore software development center. He is co-founder of Ruby Central, Inc., a non-profit corporation responsible for the annual International Ruby Conference and The International Rails Conference, and is a leading contributor in the Ruby community.
Chad is a contributor and editor for numerous books and is author of My Job Went to India (and all I got was this lousy book): 52 Ways to Save Your Job, Rails Recipes and the upcoming Advanced Rails Recipes.

Jonathan Hartley
Jonathan Hartley is delighted to find himself developing in IronPython for Resolver Systems, a feisty Python-centric start-up, populated entirely by people who are smarter than he is. He has 13 years experience in software engineering, on projects such as digital signal processing of radar waveforms for the Eurofighter aircraft, and geographical information systems for clients such as Ordnance Survey. He has a keen interest in refining software development methodology to gradually converge upon the manifold aspects of that elusive Silver Bullet. He lives in London with his fiancée Susan and two trusty Guitar Hero controllers.

In his professional work he handles advanced net security systems, especially firewall systems, IPS, PKI technologies and complex authorization systems.
