 Student Scientific Circle of Computer Scientists „BIT” at the University of Science and Technology in Cracow
The Circle works at the Chair of Information Technology of AGH in the department of Information Technology Automation Electrotechnics and Electronics. It was reactivated after the break in activity in 2002. At present, the Circle incorporates over 65 people.
The project work is undertaken in the sections:
- .NET,
- NetSec,
- Group programming.
 Scientific Circle of Computer Scientists at Cracow’s Technical University
The Scientific Circle was founded in 2003 and from the very beginning it is very active and distinguishing student organisation at Cracow’s Technical University. At the present moment there are about 30 members.
The projects done by the Circle are among the others:
- universal testing platform for software efficiency,
- b5 – Operational system for AVR architecture,
- macro-dimensional display unit "Matrix",
- efficiency testing of data base interfaces in languages: Perl, PHP,
Java Ruby.
 Scientific Circle of Computer Technology at the University of Economics in Cracow
The Scientific Circle was founded already in 1976. It is made of group of students who have mutual interest in widely comprehensive information technology and who wish to broaden their own knowledge and skills.
The projects done within the Circle: - participation in scientific conferences (e.g. FreeCON),
- action „Ubuntu for everyone”,
- co-organisation of JavaTechConf,
- translation of JavaNotes.
 Student Circle of Computer Technology at the Jagiellonian University
This organisation is formed by people who apart from theoretical knowledge want to gain experience and make contact useful for further professional careers. The Circle incorporates 55 members and 16 honourable members.
The projects undertaken within the Circle:
- Campus II (page creation and interactive virtual trip in the campus),
- Algorithmic Group,
- Free Software Group,
- page of Information Technology Institute with CMS,
- "Star Wars" – project of graphic section,
- library software.
